Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your PersonAizer account and its associated data.

Self-service (fastest)

Sign in, open your Profile, and use Delete account. You'll confirm by re-entering your password (or, if you signed in with Google, your account email) and typing DELETE. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By email

Alternatively, email privacy@personaizer.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We verify, process, and confirm by email, typically within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your personas, avatars, knowledge documents, and customizations
• The conversation transcripts under your personas
• Captured visitor contacts
• Connected messaging channels and their access tokens
• Authentication tokens

What Is Kept, and Why

• Billing and transaction records — where required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years), retained without the rest of your profile
• Short-term security/abuse logs — up to 90 days
• Operational telemetry — held in our monitoring system, ages out automatically within 90 days and cannot be individually purged before then
• Backups — deleted files remain recoverable from backup for up to 7 days before permanent removal
