Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your PersonAizer account and the data associated with it. PersonAizer is operated by the PersonAizer team and includes our web platform and mobile/kiosk applications.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account, send an email from the email address registered to your account to privacy@personaizer.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
Please include in your message: (a) the email address registered to your account, and (b) confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted. We will verify the request, process it, and confirm completion by email. Most requests are completed within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently deleted:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Your saved personas, avatars, and customizations
- Conversation transcripts associated with your account
- Authentication tokens and session identifiers
What Is Kept (and for how long)
A limited amount of data may be retained after deletion:
- Anonymized analytics — aggregated usage metrics with no personal identifiers, retained indefinitely
- Billing and transaction records — where required by tax or accounting law, retained for the period mandated by applicable regulation (typically up to 7 years)
- Security and abuse logs — retained up to 90 days where necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
Audio captured during persona interactions is never stored on our servers after the session ends, so no raw audio data needs to be deleted.
Partial Data Deletion
If you would like to delete specific data without closing your account (for example, saved conversation transcripts), email privacy@personaizer.com describing what you would like deleted.
