Deleting Your Messaging Data

This page is for people who have messaged a business through Facebook Messenger or Instagram and reached an AI assistant powered by PersonAizer.

The Business Controls Your Data

When you message a business, that business decides how your conversation is used; PersonAizer processes it on their behalf. You can ask the business directly to delete your data, or use the steps below and we will act on the business's instructions.

What We Keep, and for How Long

Your conversation transcript is retained for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. If the business disconnects or deletes the persona, the associated conversation data is removed.

To Request Deletion Now

Email privacy@personaizer.com with the subject "Messaging data deletion," and tell us:

• the platform (Messenger or Instagram)
• the business or Page you messaged
• the name or contact details you used in the chat

That is how we locate your conversation — you don't need any account or ID. We verify and process the request, typically within 30 days, and confirm by email.
